Local governments are at the forefront of addressing today’s most pressing urban challenges, including environmental degradation, migration, housing crises, and social inequalities. Among them, climate change has emerged as the foremost concern for municipalities across Europe.
In this context, Zaragoza, NEUTRALPATH Lighthouse City and one of the Cities awarded with the EU Mission on Climate-Neutral and Smart Cities label, hosted the first policy discussion session of NEUTRALPATH.
The format allows cities to discuss good practices and challenges when dealing with governance and policies, to share knowledge and to learn from each other.
